The Yealink MP52 is a SIP telephone which will work across most VoIP telephony Platforms. These SIP telephones will require provisioning. Your VoIP telephony service provider will be able to assist you.

This is a Power Over Ethernet (PoE) enabled device and, as such, is sold without a PSU.
If you do not have PoE, you will need to purchase a separate Power Supply Unit.

  • Standard UK Delivery (2–3 Working Days) – £8.00
  • Free Delivery – Available on orders over £95.00
  • International Delivery is charged at £15.00 per box (20 Phones)

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your equipment arrives in excellent condition.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)
  • Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped

Returns Policy

30-Day Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item

Refurbished Equipment

All refurbished phones are fully tested and quality checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event of an issue:

  • Please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund
  • All refurbished items include a warranty (typically 3–12 months depending on product)

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund
  • Return shipping will be covered by us

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse
