The Cisco 7821 is a 2 line, IP, end point IP telephone designed for users who have light voice communication requirements. The 7821 IP has 2 programmable line/feature keys with tri-colour LEDs and dedicated fixed feature keys for common telephony functions.

A back-lit graphical LCD display provides useful in-call information and high quality wideband audio is support across handset headset and speakerphone modes.

The Cisco 7821 is a Proprietary IP telephone which requires a Proprietary VoIP telephone system to operate. This phone is not suitable for home use.

This is a Power Over Ethernet (PoE) enabled device and, as such, is sold without a PSU.
If you do not have PoE, you will need to purchase a separate Power Supply Unit.

  • Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped

Returns Policy

30-Day Returns

Refurbished Equipment

All refurbished phones are fully tested and quality checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event of an issue:

  • All refurbished items include a warranty (typically 3–12 months depending on product)
