30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day returns policy on most products purchased through our online store.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be in their original packaging where possible
• Items should include all accessories, cables, manuals, and components
• Products must not be physically damaged or misused

Refurbished Equipment

All refurbished phones and telecom equipment sold by Mint Recycling are professionally tested, cleaned, and fully checked before dispatch.

In the unlikely event that your refurbished item develops a fault:

• Please contact us as soon as possible
• We may offer troubleshooting support before arranging a return
• Faulty items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion

New Equipment

New products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate

Non-Faulty Returns

If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong item:

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If we have supplied the wrong item or your product is faulty on arrival:

• Mint Recycling will cover the return shipping costs
• A replacement or full refund will be arranged promptly
